Story 107 Background

         We wanted something different, something interesting to make a good story, maybe a bit sexy too. We have always liked that story written by Anne about hunting the crocodile in India. (See Story 54 Crocodile Hunter.) Since we began visiting the farm, Allan has taught all of us girls to use a gun and hunt. Some of us are not that good at it, or like killing something, but at least we could all use a gun correctly and safely.  

        So one day at one of our meetings the idea of another hunting story came up. Susan suggested that I might want to do it and base it on my own first hunting experience. I thought about it for a while then thought, well it fitted the context of Uncle Tom’s farm so why not?

         Now I was not able to go, the time that Susan first went hunting with Allan. I hear Anne had said she wanted nothing to do with it so Susan and Allan went alone. Later she changed her mind when Allan said he thought a woman who hunted was rather sexy. That was a total game changer for Anne. LOL, I wonder why?

        So a few weeks later when just Anne and I went up to the farm, Allan and another man took us hunting. What followed was very close to what happened in the story. We went around to the farm over the back, actually the farm that I recently became the manager of. Back then it was a rundown mess but now it’s in much better condition. Yes, it was overrun with rabbits and there were wild goats there too, much to the annoyance of all the surrounding farmers.

        We decided to go for the goats first but only got two. While Anne and Allan went on hunting rabbits, I went back with this other man to get the quad bike. Yes, I sat behind him on the bike with my tits against his back. Yes, when we picked up the goats, he did prev down my shirt too. Had a good view of my bra covered breasts too. LOL

         Later I helped with the skinning and cleaning, I then helped Allan in the cow shed too. Again something new for me back then. I got very dirty and instead of swimming in the stream, Anne turned the hose on me. Allan then got my clothes cleaned during the week and I picked them up next time I was up there.  

         Later as we got towards publishing this story, another story was added to our series. We had written Jenny out of the series in Story 119 but the general opinion of the younger writers was that she should stay in. Finally, in a writer's meeting, they pushed the issue and won the vote. So the story where she dies had to be removed and replaced with a new story. This story, a much sexier one, explores the relationship between Hansini and Tom that we can see developing in the story here. Don’t ask me more about it because, at the time of publishing, this other later story is still being written.
